Happy New Year!

I am so excited for the new year, I have new dreams, ideas and goals set into place with actual action plans attached to them. I meet with my life coach on Monday (tomorrow) at 10am so things are rolling and the year has not even started. Enjoying what you do is key to making a soul happy. I am enjoying my role as the director of the most prestigious pageant for married women in Colorado as I watch, assist and relish in other people success. I have watched women set out to run marathons, lose weight, and overcome their shyness. It really is exhilarating to witness. It gives me a sense of pride to know I provided an opportunity to step out. That is what I am going to challenge myself to do this year too, step out. I am forty after all, I need a new challenge. I am enjoying a new diet plan on my workout program. It is a touch intense at times as I am to eliminate wheat, sugar, salt and dairy. Have I completely done it yet? Nope. But working on it, sure. I am hoping to see physical changes but more importantly internal changes with a stronger immune system and energy. I have a quirky illness that I was diagnosed with about 2 years after the twins were born (I do not make antibodies) so a healthy body is key for me. We will see all the fun things that happen. I am excited.

I have two books I plan to read daily...yes, I have tried this for year but why not, I will try again. So the Bible in 365 days and Simple Abundance. I am plain ole' thrilled to try again. I shall not let the daily responsibilities take over.
