Slow down, seriously. I like that word - seriously. Today I watched a grandfather drive through the 'kid safe zone' at my sons preschool (why? because he had a handicap sticker? thought he was going to die today so he rushed around traffic and drove through the child drop off zone in front of the school, or does he think he is too important?), then came into work today to eight police officers, fire truck and two ambulances at the corner of my office building because a truck clipped a bike police officer and then heading home I watched an oncoming car drive toward the cars taking their green left turn arrow. Where are our minds? Are we so hurried we can't safely park our car we have to drive through the kid loading and unloading zone? Are we the only ones driving that we failed to look both ways, and what the heck happens to our heads when we drive? All events today could have killed someone. Does that make you stop and think? But will you remember when you head into your car tomorrow and start to drive?
