I open the new Oprah magazine to read, 'Everything in your home should reflect your vision for the life you want." Peter Walsh
As we continue slowly to make strides on the black bathroom, I am loving the space even more each day. I have completed painting the bathroom sink white and completed the second coat of black pain on the walls. For such a dark color, I am surprised how light the bathroom really is and feels good.
As I de-clutter our home, decorate the rooms to reflect our family vision, and challenge my children to perform a random act of kindness daily, I feel good. Really good. Our thoughts are so powerful that I believe they shape our current and future reality. So here is my mantra as we finish out the last few weeks of winter.
Fork It
"Everyone has a place in their homes for forks. If you found a random fork in the bathroom or under the couch, you'd know immediately know it didn't belong there and would return to its drawer without another thought. Everything in your life should be this easy to put away. If an item occupies no specific location when not in use, it become clutter." Steve McClatchy
