My Current Loves

With so many emotions and feelings running amuck inside my head and heart, I thought it must be time for me to focus on the good things. Often when things seem overwhelming or heavy, my tendency is to focus on a million head thoughts - it like a mind tangle. So my current goal is focus on what I am loving right now.

Favorite exercise: My walking pad in my office and pilates!

Favorite purse: AllStaints Backpack & Christian Louboutin Cabata Tote & Gucci Old School Crossbody

Proud Moments: Watching my daughter graduate with honors from college; watching my daughter find a job only to find her first step at her dream job; watching my daughter establish a new routine in a new city; watching my son click in hockey

Favorite spot: my patio porch and garden; on my rock at the yurt overlooking the mountains

Favorite drink: Any iced tea and especially Arnold Palmers

Favorite pant: Alo black pants but they started to pill and have cleaning requirements so maybe not my favorite after all

Food favorite: Li Hing Watermelon and cream honey

Learning: Spanish

Peace providing activity: gardening - Iris, lilac, chives, poppy are in bloom

Favorite song: IDGAF by Dua Lipa ( do not listen to this is you do not like bad words); Falling in Love with who I am by Aquila; Girls by Rachel Platten

Things I have given up - alcohol and refined sugars (I swear gummy bears call my name in the evening and it takes everything I have to not answer them back!).

What do I want to accomplish/try: Take a water color class, find peace and structure in my work schedule, do 3 hikes this summer including Devil’s Head Lookout, go to a balloon event, write.
