Sense Challenge
I am feeling very restless in a great way. I thought for the next 30 days I am going to do a 5 sense challenge. I will find something that acknowledges my sense
1. Touch
2. Smell [which is a bit of an issue as I recently had COVID]
3. Hearing
4. See
5. Taste
My entire goal is to just stop through my day to acknowledge my life and life around me. I hate the idea of getting caught in the habit circle so this is my 30 day challenge.
Today I delighted in listening to one of best girlfriends and I plan a girls trip - it is exciting to plan a trip knowing we will giggle, cry, share and relax with each other. I ate a wonderful squash soup. I love the Marco Polo app as I ‘see’ my girlfriends daily and sisters daily - that is so good for my soul. Chi [dog] returned home from the yurt so petting her was soothing plus my work dog, Freddie was also at work today. Yea … no smeller yet which deems like a great quality in public restrooms!
